There are a couple of opportunities for UK horror fans to enjoy some classics this weekend. As we've already mentioned, Alt. Fiction in Derby is showing a host of rare TV horror, Hobo with a Shotgun and a double bill of Cat People and Curse of the Cat People. Strange Things will be there, terrorising the bar, so feel free to ply your humble editor with beer and gifts.

But cat lovers in London don't need to feel left out, as the Classic Horror Campaign brings you a double bill of Cat People and the magnificent Scream and Scream Again. If you haven't seen the latter - or even if you have - this is a must! The show is at the Roxy Bar and Screen at 3pm on Sunday 26th June.

The same pairing then plays the Lass O'Gowrie in Manchester on July 24th, preceding the day before by another cracking pairing - Night of the Demon and Vampire Circus! Well worth the effort.
