Following on from The Return of the Living Dead, Second Sight have a few more Eighties cult horror movies lined up for the next few months.

First up in the Basket Case trilogy, which will be available as limited edition Blu-ray steelbook as well as special edition DVD. Frank Henenlotter’s original Basket Case represented one of the last gasps of the original grindhouse horror scene and this new edition should be an essential purchase.

Also in the works are Special Editions of four of the best films to emerge in the latter half of the 1980s and into the early 90's – Stuart Gordon’s Re-Animator and From Beyond (pictured), and Brian Yuzna’s Bride of Re-Animator and Society. While there has already been a pretty thorough edition of Re-Animator out (no word on whether there will be any new extras on this edition), the others are long overdue a decent release..
