ARROW ANNOUNCE SPIDER BABY, MARIO BAVA, TINTO BRASS AND MORE FOR BLU-RAY

Spider BabyArrow Films have just announced the spring line-up, and there are some tasty treats in there, with a whole bunch of cult classics hitting Blu-ray in special editions.

As well as more Mario Bava in the shape of Black Sabbath and Baron Blood, there are a pair of Tinto Brass classics – The Key and All Ladies Do It (the latter having booklet notes by your esteemed Strange Things editor) – as well as several much sought after titles.

For instance, Knightriders - George Romero's oddball non-horror follow-up to Dawn of the Dead, Brian De Palma's Blow Out, the gory comedy horror Motel Hell and a pair of Jack Hill classics – the Pam Grier-starring blaxploitation movie Foxy Brown and the incomparable Spider Baby.

This last title alone is worth going out of your way to obtain if you somehow haven't seen it yet, especially as this is the director-approved version. The release also includes an obscure Jack Hill/Sid Haig short from 1960, The Host, as well as assorted new extras.

Looks like another expensive time for movie fans!
