We reviewed earlier editions of Filmrage at the very launch of Strange Things, but there have been several instalments since, and it keps getting better and better.

Editor Thomas Eikrem has, as ever, gathered a spectacular collection of eye-popping stills from movies like The Incredible Melting Man, Terror, Bay of Blood, Ilsa the Wicked Warden, Inseminoid and others, all presented in a large format, glossy hardcover book.

But more importantly, he has several filmmakers writing about their work. There's Shaun Costello on Teenage Nurses, David Hess on Last House on the Left and Hitch-Hike, Nigel Wingrove on Sacred Flesh, Greydon Clark on Black Shampoo, Satan's Cheerleaders and Without Warning, Georgina Spelvin on The Devil in Miss Jones, James Glickenhaus on The Exterminator, Gary Sherman on Dead and Buried, Richard Pacheco on working with John Holmes, Carter Stevenson on Pleasure Palace, Joel Reed on Bloodsucking Freaks, Lasse Braun on Sensations and Tom De Simone on The Concrete Jungle. Alongside some excellent reviews, these personal insights are great - someone should pick up the increasing number of unpublished adult industry autobiographies out there, all of which seem fascinating!

Excellent stuff from an increasingly impressive publication!
