Like most non-Americans, I don't have a cheerleader fetish and so have never quite understood the special place that the Debbie Does Dallas films hold in the US public's heart. Debbie Does Dallas: The Revenge is Paul Thomas' latest installment, and for fans will doubtless be most welcome.

The sex scenes are bog-standard vanilla fucking, including an smattering of anal action, but the cast show little passion and Thomas tries to cram in too much,winding up truncating the sex to make room for the plot. But sadly, the plot is dull, Debbie's troubled relationship with the football team's star player rapidly becoming tiresome thanks to the fact that he's an irritating dork.

Given that our heroine is played by gorgeous new starlet Sunrise Adams, we can all agree that she could do better... as could Hot Rod who seem to have missed a marketing opportunity here: Sunrise is one of the stars featured in Sky One's docu-soap Porno Valley, and surely mention of that on the sleeve would have shifted more copies?
