THE COMPLETE FANTASTIC FOUR

The Complete Fantastic Four, launched in 1977, tried to buck the trend of UK comics. Instead of featuring several strips, it had only two - a 'current' FF adventure (following on from their last UK appearance), printed in its entirety, and vintage FF strips - starting with their first appearance - as back up. It lasted 37 issues. The bulk of these are notable for running the stories where Invisible Girl Sue Storm was replaced by Medusa.
